Art. 88 (1) Special charge on assets
1 Temporarily admitted persons shall be subject to the obligation to pay the special charge on assets in accordance with Article 86 AsylA (2) . The provisions of the 2nd section of Chapter 5, Chapter 10 and Article 112a of the AsylA apply.
2 The obligation to pay the special charge applies for a maximum of ten years from the date of entry.
