Art. 858 II. Transfer

¹ The transfer of a register mortgage certificate is achieved by recording the new creditor in the land register based on a written declaration from the previous creditor.

² Payments by the debtor only have a discharging effect if they are made to the person who at the time of payment is recorded as the creditor in the land register.
