Art. 84b Cter. Disclosure of remuneration (1)
The board of trustees must separately notify the supervisory authority annually of the total amount of remuneration within the meaning of Article 734a paragraph 2 of the Code of Obligations (2) that is paid, directly or indirectly, to the board of trustees and, if applicable, to the executive board.
