Art. 58 (1) Fruit
1 The Confederation may introduce measures regarding the processing of pomaceous fruit, stone-fruit, berries and fruit products as well as grapes. It may pay subsidies for processing fruit.
2 It may subsidise joint measures taken by producers to adapt the production of fruit and vegetables to market requirements. Such subsidies may be paid until the end of 2017 at the latest.
