Art. 37
1 The Federal Council shall specify the date on which this Act takes effect.
2 On this date, the Federal Act of 2 October 1924 (1) concerning Narcotics and provisions of federal and cantonal acts and ordinances that conflict with this Act shall be repealed.Commencement Date: 1 June 1952 (2)
