Art. 314c 5. Right to notify ⁽¹⁾

¹ Any person may notify the child protection authorities if a child’s physical, mental or sexual integrity appears to be at risk.

² If a report is in the interest of the child, persons who are subject to professional confidentiality under the Swiss Criminal Code ⁽²⁾ are also entitled to notify the authorities. This provision does not apply to auxiliary persons bound by professional confidentiality under the Criminal Code.
