Art. 22 Recusal of members of the Competition Commission
1 Members of the Competition Commission must recuse themselves if there are grounds for recusal under Article 10 of the Administrative Procedure Act of 20 December 1968 (1) .
2 As a general rule, the fact that a member of the Commission represents an umbrella organisation does not constitute a personal interest or any other ground for recusal.
3 If recusal is disputed, the Competition Commission or the relevant chamber shall decide in the absence of the member concerned.
