Art. 1b (1) Relationship with the Therapeutic Products Act
Narcotics used as therapeutic substances are governed by the provisions of the Therapeutic Products Act of 15 December 2000 (2) . The provisions of this Act apply, insofar as the Therapeutic Products Act contains no rule or a less stringent rule.
