Art. 109j Supervision and implementation

¹ SEM is responsible for the security of the Information System and the legality of the processing of personal data.

² The Federal Council shall regulate:

a. the organisation and operation of the system;

b. the catalogue of data for the systems and the extent of access rights granted to the authorities mentioned in Article 109h;

c. the technical and organisational aspects of measures to prevent unauthorised processing;

d. the retention period for and the destruction of the data.
