Art. 6 Restrictions under international agreements (1)
1 The Federal Council may prohibit licence holders from cultivating, manufacturing, importing or exporting, or stockpiling on the basis of international agreements. (2)
2 It may delegate the power to issue such rulings to the Federal Department of Home Affairs while retaining its oversight.
