Art. 33b 11. Conversion the form of the mortgage certificate (1)
The landowner and the mortgage certificate creditors may jointly request in writing that a mortgage certificate on paper recorded before the amendment of 11 December 2009 (2) comes into force be converted into a register mortgage certificate.
