Art. 124a (1) Relationship between the order for expulsion from Switzerland and Directive 2008/115/EC
Directive 2008/115/EC (2) does not apply to ordering and enforcing an order for expulsion from Switzerland in accordance with Article 66a or 66abis SCC (3) or Article 49a or 49abis MCC (4) .
