Art. 12

¹ The cantons may revoke authorisation in accordance with Article 9 for a limited period or permanently if the authorised medical professional ⁽¹⁾ is narcotics dependent or has committed an offence under Articles 19–22. ⁽²⁾

² The order applies throughout the Confederation.

³ Article 54 of the Criminal Code ⁽³⁾ remains reserved.
