Art. 94 Terms

¹ Land improvement includes:

a. underground engineering works and installations in rural areas;

b. the reorganisation of land ownership and tenancy conditions.

² Agricultural buildings include:

a. farm buildings;

b. alpine farms and barns;

c. ⁽¹⁾ communal buildings in mountain areas that have been erected by farmers for preparing, storing and selling local produce.
