Art. 77c (1) Application for destruction of the goods
1 When making an application under Article 76 paragraph 1, the applicant may submit a written request for the FOCBS to destroy the goods.
2 If an application for destruction is made, the FOCBS shall notify the declarant, holder or owner of the goods accordingly as part of the notification made under Article 77 paragraph 1.
3 The application for destruction does not result in the time limits for obtaining preliminary measures under Article 77 paragraphs 2 and 3 being extended.
