Art. 384 Content of the award
1 The award contains details of:a. the composition of the arbitral tribunal;b. the location where the arbitral tribunal sits;c. the parties and their representatives;d. the parties'" prayers for relief or, if none, the question to be decided;e. unless the parties have explicitly dispensed with this requirement: a statement of the facts, the legal considerations and, if applicable, the considerations in equity;f. the conclusions on the award on the merits, as well as the amount and allocation of the costs and party costs;g. the date of the award.
2 The award must be signed; the signature of the chairperson suffices.
