Art. 25 (1)
1 The domicile of a child subject to parental responsibility (2) is deemed to be that of the parents or, if the parents have different domiciles, that of the parent with whom the child is resident; in all other cases it is deemed to be the child’s temporary domicile.
2 Children under guardianship are domiciled at the seat of the child protection authority. (3)
