Art. 19a (1) Partner registrato superstite
L’articolo 19 si applica per analogia al partner registrato superstite.
(1) Introdotto dall’all. n. 29 della L del 18 giu. 2004 sull’unione domestica registrata (RU 2005 5685; FF 2003 1165).
