Art. 75 (1) Notification of suspicious goods
1 The Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (FOCBS) is authorised to notify the owners of copyright or related rights as well as the authorised collective rights management organisations if there is any suspicion that goods the distribution of which would violate legislation applicable in Switzerland on copyright or related rights may be imported, exported or carried in transit. (2)
2 In such cases, the FOCBS (3) is authorised to withhold the goods for three working days in order that the persons entitled may file an application in accordance with Article 76 paragraph 1.
